this was a fun test to do. it was great to get back to something so basic. I think that i will probably do more of them to get better at the basics of what this is supposed to teach. since it was so fun, i decided i also wanted to put it into a "live action" still image that i found on the web.

sketchbook stuff
i haven't sketched in an actual sketchbook for a long time, so i have been trying to get back into it, therefor these are some sketches that i have done recently

both of these pages are from open life drawing sessions on Fridays
these were between 30 sec and 2 minute poses, with two 5 minute poses as well

some more sketch booking drawing. My wife drew the flower at the top right and number thing at the bottom left.

The CTL is thinking of doing a project utilizing Jib Jab style animation. I did a test showing some of the stuff that's possible. The animation was done pretty fast (total time was about 3 hours), but it took a lot longer to cut them out of their pictures.
